After a very successful retail leadership career where I supported very diverse teams across thirteen states with annual revenue of over one billion, I had reached a pinnacle and was moving towards a pivot that I have coined Debbie 2.0.

In early 2021, I made a significant career change and became a licensed realtor in Delaware and Maryland. Real estate for me is the perfect pairing of my passion for people, connecting, engaging, and with grace, candor and confidence guiding my clients towards one the most important decision they will make. In 2015 I purchased a home in the Bethany Beach area after years of vacationing along the Delaware coast. I found the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, beaches and coastal living so appealing and I knew that ultimately this would be my forever home.

When I am not working with a client or enjoying the beach you will find me running, as I am an avid long-distance runner. I am also a very proud mother of three grown children who reside in the Mid Atlantic area and they often gather at my home in the Bethany Beach area.
